Eliza lives with her family members, in the area of Katsekera southeast of Ntcheu. The typical home is constructed from clay bricks, with a thatch or tin roof and a dirt floor. There is no plumbing, electricity or water. They get their water from a community well that is far from their home. In Eliza’s community, they are working to develop chicken farms, to help with food sustainability. Your sponsorship will make it possible for Eliza to attend the Learning Center where she will receive tutoring, a nutritious snack and learn of Jesus’ love for her. Your love and support will help her receive the assistance she needs to develop to her full potential.

Malawi, in southeastern Africa, has been ravaged by HIV/AIDS causing nearly half of the population to be under 15 years old. VisionTrust sustains a program in the remote village of Katsekera to care for and spiritually nurture orphans and vulnerable children. The children gather five days a week at the Learning Center for tutoring, discipleship, nutritious meals and healthcare.
