Ferry Grace à Dieu Yambokonou
Central African Republic
Kaïmba
Male | Age: 5 | Birthdate: July 8, 2020
Ferry is a young boy who enjoys playing with cars. His father is deceased but he lives with his family in Lando, a disadvantaged neighborhood in Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic. Their home is a simple one-room clay brick structure with a dirt floor and lacks essential utilities such as plumbing, electricity, and running water. Ferry faces daily challenges in a community marked by high unemployment, limited educational opportunities, and inadequate healthcare. With your sponsorship, he will be able to attend school and benefit from programs at the local church’s Learning Center. He also participates in church activities and does his best to help at home. Your support and prayers can make a lasting change in Ferry’s life, enabling him to live for God and love others.
More about Kaïmba...
The CR004 Kaïmba orphan care group meets 3 times per week at the Kaïmba Grace Brethren Church. The issue of clean water in this part of the city of Bangui continues to be a challenge, even with each of our orphans' households having a water filtration system. The water is so bad in this neighborhood that the filters clog easily. Pray for a resolution to this issue. Their group meetings include Bible stories & Scripture memorization. The children also receive help from VisionTrust help with their school fees, medical care, & food.
