Pedzisai lives in the rural village of Chasiyatende with his elderly grandparents because both of his parents are deceased. In Chasiyatende, Pedzisai will face many environmental and social challenges including malnutrition, AIDS and child abuse. The typical home is constructed from mud bricks, with a grass roof and mud floor. There is no plumbing, electricity or running water and they must collect their water from the river or an unprotected well. Your sponsorship makes it possible for Pedzisai to attend the Learning Center where he will receive nutritious food, basic health care and learn about Gods love for him. In addition, he attends Sunday School. Pedzisai often spends his time helping his family by caring for the animals. He enjoys playing soccer. Please remember to pray for Pedzisai.
