VisionTrust Learning Center
Female | Age: 10 | Birthdate: April 11, 2013
Patmos lives with her family in the rural village of Ngundu. The typical home is a one or two room clay brick or round hut with a thatch roof. There is no plumbing, electricity or running water. They must collect their water from a community well. Your sponsorship makes it possible for Patmos to participate in school, which provides school fees, food, uniforms, and supplies along with basic dental, medical and hygiene care. During Bible class and camp she will hear the gospel and learn of Jesus’ great love for her. Patmos helps around the home by cleaning. She enjoys playing soccer with her friends. Patmos attends Sunday school and church. Please remember to pray for Patmos. Your love and support will help her receive the assistance she needs to develop to her full potential.
More about VisionTrust Learning Center...
Out of Zimbabwe's 15 million people, more than 1.3 million are orphans, making it the country with the highest number of orphans per capita worldwide. Parents usually die from the country's staggering HIV/AIDS epidemic often leaving older children burdened with the task of raising their younger siblings. Through the VisionTrust Zimbabwe program, we are able to help feed, educate and disciple these children.
